Jana Catering Est. has gained a quick reputation in the market as one of the most prominent establishments in providing Catering & Hospitality Services and Restaurant Management in the UAE.

Moreover, we have a group of the most skilful Chefs specialized in all cuisines (Arab, Emirati, Gulf and Asian, Western, Mexican, and various cuisines…) that are experienced in 5-star hotels and catering projects in Oil & Gas Companies.

Transportation policies

Jana Catering & Hospitality Services Est. has a large fleet of ADFCA-approved refrigerated trucks specially intended for transporting food as well as other vehicles of various capacities intended for providing the required logistics & support and has vehicles of various sizes for employee transportation. All the trucks are equipped with integrated GPS systems to track and monitor speed & location of trucks. Also, they are equipped with temperature control systems to monitor the temperature throughout the trip, where it is electronically recorded. In addition, the trucks are equipped with electronic systems to measure times taken in loading/unloading food and transported foodstuff. Moreover, ISO 22000:2005 is in compliance and it’s observed by the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) & Food Safety Department in order to ensure meeting the relevant standards in all stages of production & delivery. Al Sorour Catering’s production and distribution workflow has been carefully designed and implemented to ensure the maximum results and incase of short term assistance is required during the mobilization.
